science day
On Friday the children spent the day being scientist.
The children became scientific researchers and found out all about the different layers of the ocean. They worked in pairs to research their specific layer and created a poster to explain there findings.
Then in the afternoon they conducted an experiment and recorded their findings. They had to release a man who had got trapped in the ice. The children had to work as a team to find out the best way to recuse the man from the ice.
Everybody managed to recuse their man using a range of methods including smashing the ice, heat from their hands and using the warmth of the sun.
A fun day was had by all.
